Thanks for bumping this:) Now we can all share our thoughts:

- I personally prefer snowboarding, though I'm pretty good at skiïng too.
I'm going to Italy in 2 weeks. The sella ronda is just awesome (however I don't know how to spell it...) so that will be pretty neat.

Does hibernation count as a sport? Well soccer is year round for me with indoor, sand soccer and normal soccer.

Skiing. No ski team, that was hell, but now I realize that it really made me a better skiier.

I've been skiing 3 times in my life, last time was already a few years ago.

But in general, it's the same sport as I do in autumn, summer and spring: Iaido and Jodo.
Will try to get my third kyuu degree next week. It's the lowest 'rank', then comes second and first kyuu and after that it's first, second third,... dan.

Taking the family up to Sunday River in Maine on Friday for a weekend of skiing. Really looking forward to it. They got 10" of snow last night and it is supposed to snow all day Friday. (although that could make the 250 mile drive a lot worse)
