Well this is lovely. Just got done with my speech about how classic oasis is, and now Nitro's facing off against it. This could get very interesting.

Nice one ephy, putting me on the spot.
Here's how i see it:
These two coasters are some of the most easily recognizable coasters ever built on this site, both are respected and both are technically built well. Nitro has size and paved the way for the big hyper recreations we're seeing nowadays, but Oasis is a timeless classic that has been the face of SSC for many years. In all honesty i don't think there's a clear-cut winner technically speaking, but for me, my vote went to nitro because it's the best coaster i've ever built and it remains so in my mind to this day.
So take your pick, the better coaster in the community's eyes will win regardless of what i say. I don't want to force any decisions on anybody, as this poll (and all, for that matter) should be voted on based on the voter's preference, not who can kiss up to the voters better.

I definitely think Nitro is the better coaster, It's got a better, bigger and more interesting layout. Not to mention Oasis seems to lose speed fast.
