Well, the forum rules say to start a construction thread, you need pictures. So I suggest you get pictures quickly or this thread will be closed...

^I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't ban a new person for breaking the rules once.

Ok, that crest and drop WILL NOT do. It looks horrible and it actually wouldn't make it over that. The car would get stuck and make your chain break. Make the crest a continuous curve and do not make a vertical drop. And for the people who can't tell it (that's how small it is), it's at :30.

Cute cat, but did you want us to comment the coaster or the cat instead?
Anyway, like lazor_22 said, the crest and drop are horrible.
It physically wont make the crest, and you would lose MUCH speed.
You should make it curved, circular. Not straight lines.

Um.... Start out smaller. The crest is terrible (no offense), and no wooden coaster has a vertical drop.

Dude, YOU CAN NOT MAKE YOUR PULL IN/OUT LIKE THAT. Why? Because that is crazy small. Look at the real thunder road. The crest and drop and pull out are all one. I'm sorry but right now, this looks like shit.

Uhh.:eek
You REALLY need to shape the track better by using flexi rods. I bet the car can't make it through the course and seriously, on which coaster do you see the track doing 45 degree angles?
Please start over before you embarrass yourself.

Why don't you guys try to help get him started in the right direction? That's what this site is for, not lambasting someone that is clearly just beginning creating models.

Alright, well your drop has some major shaping issues so start off with this:

(A): Look here, it'll help: http://www.sscoaster...g-dummies-6521/

(B): Make the lift smaller, it's easier to shape and smooth your elements that way.

©: Use flexi rods.

(D): Use pics of real coasters for comparisons. Also, I'm sure a lot of people on the site would be willing to draw over your drop pic to show you what it should look like.

That should help you with the basics, you'll get better as you go along.:)

Okay. First, try following this tutorial for a lift hill. --> http://www.sscoaster...-tutorial-8076/
That should get you one with a decent crest. Then just make the pullout very gradual and smooth. And as many people said, use flexi's.

Oh, and is Carowinds really going to display this?
