Are you allowed to enter coasters that were finished before the contest? Kinda defeats the point of having to create one for the contest.

Quite a while ago, I was like "hmm, I should make a flyer!" and I finished it right before the contest was announced. So it really is my newest coaster... and I haven't touched NL since, like, the fifth. Fitting the requirements was an awesome coincidence, though. It made my day.

You can use a B&M Inverted train if you want to make a B&M Flying.

Look at the rules. If you want to build a B&M, you can use Inverted trains but you have to include a Pretzel Loop.

No, but the rules do not say "this does not apply if you find a real flyer without a pretzel loop".
