Hello everyone, I am building a tube supported Intamin vertical lift coaster with VV.

It doesn't quite make it over the loop, but I'm not done supporting, so I should have an update tomorrow with a test vid.

Hopefully I get some comments...

The loop supports are squeezing the loop towards the center, make sure you don't allow them to collapse onto each other this will also prevent the squeezing of the loop.

I noticed ^that too. And in the last picture, the pullout looks really sharp. I love the lift supports though, very creative!

The lift looks really good, but the loop is not circular.
Happy that you built with VV.

I suggest using a track spine for the loop and Flexis at tho top. Also that base is going to chew your pieces. Make a normal base. It'll be much sturdier.
Good luck with the rest of the layout.

You know that a normal base is never sturdier than an entire grid right. ;)

Make somethin over the loop so the loop support's will always stay in the same position.

i did something like this a while back, but mine was sort of like a very short, non launch maverick that did not go upside down, but this looks good so far from my view

I meant a standard knex base instead of micro. :P

The pullout of the drop seems really sharp to me. And I would really recommend track strengtheners for the drop, but mostly the loop. Its so open with tubes. So the track is going to shake like crazy and be hard to shape.
