Yes, you have 9 days from the completion of the lift.
Also, I thought this was a judging contest, not a poll contest.

i thought that to, maybe every judge can enter 1 coaster in the poll, and that the rest can vote on the best

I have started my lift and have decided on a final design, and now I just have to finish it.
