But it looks really good, but fix, as Maarten said, those bumps in the transition.
Wow, sheer amazingness to see this being build is mind blowing, and that turn and Stengel dive look beautiful together. Only thing I see is a straight spot (regarding to the 4th picture) in the pullout. I am glad to see that this is still being constructed over the last long wait. I can't wait to see more...
Thanks. Despite any rumors that may have been spread, Scrap Attack is definitely not cancelled.
I think everything will turn out just fine.
Hoy Crap Stig! You should spend your life savings on building your own coaster with a layout kinda like this. I'd come visit you then...haha jk.
Thanks. It's almost like this coaster has all of my favorite elements in one cool layout.
Wow, I never knew that VV could be so sexy. But can you get a top view of the turn? It looks like there's a sharp spot at each support. And you'll probably lose about 3 orange rods of height from that turn. But the coaster looks awesome.
You're absolutely right and I'll explain how this problem was fixed.
Now's the time for improvement.
The transition from the stengel dive into the turn is somewhat bumpy. The rest is just pure awesomeness
Thanks.
I've gone back and adressed the problem.
I have never really built with VV, so I wouldn't know, but can the turn be banked less than 90*?
Nope.
...the...
Oh mah gawd. Where does that sexy thing live?
Deep South
That stengel dive and the turn after look like a part of Goliath in Walibi Holland.
Oh gosh, you must really have a lot of micro knex!
Thanks. I wanted to shape the Stengel dive and turn just like Goliath's.
I wish I had an accurate part count myself.
EPIC!!!!! That's an amazing turn! Really looking forward the the NL
Thanks.
I think it'll be awesome.
You can also change that turn into an overbanked turn if you don't want the 90* part
I don't mind the 90°.
Seems a little over supported. But sure does look sexy!
Maybe... I really want to preserve speed.
EDIT: ... I see it now, I'll work on that. Thanks.

^ tornado96, RCExtreme, RNB, & kevkillerke too.
Yes. Let's not forget the VV God himself, Mr. Bballer.
You're saying I should ban myself?
Tallest = no; Largest = I believe so.
So today I wanted to get away for a while. I just wanted to go off to a place where I could enjoy some alone time while I get my thoughts together and really think about the things that have been going on lately. Not surprisingly, I ended up at the Scrap Attack construction site.
Here is the requested bird's eye view of the new turn:
Compared to last week's pictures, there were sharp and straight spots all around the diameter of the turn. As it turns out, the rods in the spine were wanting to straighten out, which were causing straight spots at each 'rod-break'. So the team engineered this little device:
Thanks -=TK=-
By using this at the end of each rod, it was possible to keep all of the spine at just the right curve. And the straight spots disappeared.
Voyage is on TV.
They also had the train hooked up to a wench and was moving it around the turn. They called it a 'clearance test'. This was to make sure the train doesn't hit any of the fittings holding the rods in place.
