You definatly need to support more. You should configure your 3ds in a way that you can add laterals to every side of the box. Also, a granite as a base rod would help.
Yes those turn supports are weak. I think the ones Steel made (on his attempt) or Maarten (on his attempt) are good examples.

Also, there is a big bump in the turn in the second picture.

I believe maarten12 tried then cancelled and steelspectrum began to but then changed it to what is now Steel Force. I vaguely remember somebody else briefly attempting but I can't remember his name.

^Yes, that is what I thought too. Really, if you want to finish this coaster you have to support it very good. Your shaping is not the problem, because I can't find (major) bumps. Good luck!

Your supports on the turn are my bigget concern...

As to everybody else, I've been thinking about this for the past 12 hours, and what I think I'm going to do is scrap this, change the base rod to gray/granite, scale it down a bit (so I have more pieces for supporting), and focus more on making effective supports instead of recreating the entire ride (although I will still try). Sound good?

I also have to thank you guys for commenting and specifically pki for pointing out what is probably the biggest flaw in my supporting technique.

Makes perfect sense to me, so I would say do it if it is comfortable with your building style/techniques.

I love the ride so far and I really want to see this done! I think you can pull this off, but just try to have as much speed reduction as possible on any part of the ride. The final two hills are major speed killers, so look out for those.

I agree. And those turn supports that you have now won't hold up, you'll lose lots of speed there.

Would you say that this structure is an improvement over the last? (I know, my basement just got really messy)

Perfect! Although your basement is really messy:p But I think it would be really cool if you could get I305's lift support in there.

It is much better, But more supports are needed under the drop and on sides.

I see those 180* flat connectors in that big support! Change them to 3ds.

Looks like its between an 85-90 degree angle, the shaping is nice, but is it possible to take an overhead view / straight on view including the banking?
