So I scrapped the entire 2nd hill, started the pullin earlier, and made it less steep (I love how it looks)

compare this to Knexrule11's picture:

Test (the speed is a bit worse, the unweighted train kinda lulls over the 2nd hill, but it is an inch or two higher)

It looks alot better, but the speed is a problem. From what I can see, your turn track moves out just the littlest when the train goes around, but that really kills your speed. I think you need to redo the Turn structure. You need a track connection like every inch if you want to keep that speed. Maybe look at TheSUCKCrews Senza Fiato turns for ideas? The speed isn't critical right now, but near the end of the coaster your gonna need it.

if you weight your train, i think the turn will shake to hard, and you will lose instead o win speed, hill looks better though

Looks much better now! as for the turn... you may want to as supports that hold in both drections like steels coaster: http://i1125.photobu...on/IMAG0208.jpg

I think if you wieght the train it will be flyin' over that hill. As long as the supports can handle it.

This is what the speed is like with 6 batteries for weight:

I lengthened the hill by a granite rod from the last update, so now the highest point of the 2nd hill is on the correct side of the lift. The problem is that, with the couple inches of added height from the very first version of the second hill, and now the added length, the train just slowly ambles over the top of the 2nd hill. With a handful of batteries (4 or 5) the speed is quite a bit better though. The test video has 1 battery for weight.

I think you should finish supporting the turn before you make any big decisions. Now the hill looks a lot better and will fit over the twisty turns with ample room.

It looks very good. I agree with steel. Finish supporting and then see where that gets you.

I would agree finish the supports first. Any movement at all uses up energy and cause your speed to decrease

Yeah, as it looks to me supporting all the way along the turn will do the job to make the car fly over that hill even without weights, but still use them. I do have to agree that the hill looks a lot more smooth and better than ever before which will make to a better recreation of the ride. If you keep speed like you have now, you can complete the ride easily.

Over the past few days my speed has really gone downhill (no pun intended). As of today a 4 car train needed 3 batteries to just barely make it over the 2nd hill, when it used to make it with no weight. As illogical as it sounds, I think I've lost speed the more I've supported it. I know that isn't the reason for it. It's really frustrating to lose speed for no reason...what should I do?

This isn't the first time something like this has happened either.

Re-lube the trains, wipe the track with a damp cloth to remove any dust or oil spillage from the wheels when you lubed. Make sure the batteries are secure.

I'll tell you what you shouldn't do. You shouldn't cancel. This is epic.

You might want to unscrew your wheel assemblies and clean out the inside, especially the wheel axles. Soak the parts in water and reassemble then do what Max said..

Try cleaning out the axles, dirt or hair can get in there and really slow them down or re lube them. I had this happen to me before. The car would run the circuit fine one day then the next, not make it at all!

Re-track the whole ride, and clean the rails like Maxlaam said. Man, I really hope you can get this to work, I was liking this a lot so far.
