. borderlands is one of my favorite games combining first person shooter and rpg genres into one amazing game. and the fact that the random weapon generation system can produce over a few million combinations, including weapons that do elemental damage. its a long and intense game filled with crazy enemies and weapons, and has huge replayability value. oh, and one tip, if you do decide to buy this game after reading this, GET THE GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION, its 20 bucks more and includes 40 dollars worth of add on content, if not more. if you play this game the end will leave you wanting more. and the add on content is even better than the main game, combiniing the great gameplay with new stories and hilarious antics, its really worth the extra $20.here's igns review of the first game: Borderlands Review - YouTube
