The shaping looks fine. The structure is not.
I see 2 things going wrong with the structure.
1. This one is optional, but there is no spine. For Box Supported coasters a less rigid spine is better than a rigid spine. This is the spine I will use for all of my future box supported coasters. It works great.

2. The second nag is that your boxes are uneven. To make sturdy supports you have to have a consistent base rod. Look at most box supported coasters built today. The builders use mostly 2 kinds of rods.
In your case, these rods would be Blue, and Orange. You use the blue rods and make a cube, and use the orange rod to make diagonals. You will get nice even cubes of support.
Those tips are only for stability though, the shaping looks perfect. I can't see anything wrong with the rest of the coaster. If going back and doing what I said will not be fun, then don't do it. Just use those tips for the next coaster you build.
Please continue this coaster though, it looks nice.
