Here is a thread for posting funny things you hear the general public say I'll start.

Me and my friend are on the screamin' eagle a SFStl and this is the conversation of the two girls behind us.
Girl1: OMG that drop is like straight down.
Girl2: I know right the loops on this scare me the most.
Girl1: I hope we don't fall out I hear people fall out like every year and you never hear about it.

May not be funny to most people, but when I visited Kings Island last Thursday(July 11th), when I went on the racer, I had to put up with a couple kids in the two rows that was behind where I was sitting(I was near the back of the Blue train). They screamed "YOLO" and "SWAG" the whole ride, haha.

I changed my cover photo to gatekeeper at cedar point the day after we went. She commented on it, "What that at Cedar Point?" Also, my other friend says Cedar Creek Mine Ride is a classic, but Blue Streak isn't really. Like, wtf?

Oh just a little pet peeve.....it bothers me for some reason when someone says "the __(ride name)___." They say, "oh yeah I enjoyed 'the Maverick' and 'the Millennium Force." It's fucking Maverick and Millennium Force, if you want to say "the" then say THE ROLLER COASTER THAT IS BLUE/RED. You don't refer to your friend Billy as "the Billy." So just stop. This is English. You don't need an article for everything. I hope I'm not the only one that feels this way...

^ Ditto. The only coaster I will use "the" with is "The Beast", just because it IS The Beast.

Oh yeah, RCF reminded me. At Six Flags in Colorado, I was near the line for the half pipe, and a lady was about to go in, but she changed her mind, saying "I'm looking for the roller coaster."

Also, for some reason I got in a discussion turned argument about if Mean Streak or Shivering Timbers was more rough. She had never been on Shivering Timbers, which is when the conversation turned.

About a week after Intimidator opened three of my friends and I all spread out on the same train and got every person but one to fist bump for the ride photo. Also, when we went to Disney for our Jazz band trip, I rode Rock n' Roller coaster with my band instructor. When I asked him why our picture didn't show up he said "It might be because I flashed them the middle finger."
