I know I haven't posted much in the last few months ,I had a lot to do with school and as this isn't enough we moved so I didn't have time to built but last wednesday our summer break started


So I started to sort all my knex and start building a new coaster!

Maybe you know my custom train project for B&M floorless http://www.sscoaster...er-train-17003/

After sorting all my knex rods, connectors, rail tubing and other pieces I had a look on some real life Images of floor less coaster supports and figured my way out to build them.








After finishing the height of the lift hill I added some tubing and the chain plus motor and chain return.








The next day I started to build the drop



And that's what it is so far. I gonna change the trains but for my first tests I'll use my hurricane train. When I finished the custom train I'll use this one instead.

Just so you know, your chain return is bending at some spots. The rest looks good, although the transition from the crest to the pre-drop may be a bit sharp.

Looks nice so far! Is this your first coaster? The drop is pretty good, I've been making coasters on here for 2 years and I still can't make a turning drop like that.

Thanks:) and no this isn't my first coaster. I've been building coasters since 2011 but didn't filmed them. I decided to make a new and good-looking coaster and hope it's gonna be one:D

Here is the first element the loop:) build it yesterday and as you see the loop is yellow like hurricane's loop



What do you think would be a nice next element? ( I thought of a dive loop but maybe there is another one that's better )

The shaping of this is beautiful! Excuse me if I'm wrong, but I would think that the pullout of the drop might need to be made a bit bigger... (Don't take my word for it, I'm in no way an expert )

I also think the pullout of the drop needs to be bigger. Otherwise it looks great. Next element? I guess a large corkscrew would look cool. Maybe even a 0-g roll. (If you have the space for it.)

I think a zero-G-roll would be a nice idea I'll think about it

I think the pullout should be bigger like others have said, by about 1.5 - 2 grey rods, but I like the loop, don't change it! It looks like the loops on some of B&M's first coasters and I like circular loops like that a lot. You should also connect your base together to help it to be stronger. As for a next element, I think a 0 g roll would be cool. How much space do you have to build?

I love how neat and clean it looks. You've put a lot of great details into this so far and I hope it continues. I approve of the loop being a different colour as well.

I decided to do a dive loop and here is today's work



and that's the whole coaster so far


I'll work on my custom train in the next few days 'cuz I'm out of the orange 2way connectors and need to finish my train.
