i think pledge is really the best
and this coaster is really realistic

Combine them. Use pledge on the rails so the train 'slides' along the track, and then use silicone spray on the axles of the trains.

Ok, I have still yet to get pledge, but I did make the turn over the lift, and it stops and the top. So a little lube will probably make it. Anyway here are some pics.

^Why no cross ties you ask?
^The train would hit the cross ties. This part is most likely to be in a tunnel anyway.
^As you can kinda tell, I reshaped the drop a little and I am in love with it.

the drop and all after looks great
then when it gets towards the end its a little iffy
specially the part where there is no track ties

Man, That thing is long for it's hight!!!
But ya, the part with no X-ties doesn't look too good. But you cant raise it because of the speed.

it doesn't make sense to lube the rails, cause then the wheels just slip and the train goes slower. It happened on a few of my coasters.

Did you try weighting the train? It might give you some more speed, and you could raise the turn high enough to add the X ties.
