^^^^^^ He probably can't build during school cause he is in collage. I tried to build an Alpengeist drop before I was a member (I was a retard) and it turned out horrible! I bet you can do it though.:lurk

Sorry to hear about your dilemma. Hopefully you can get it tomorrow. It would seem like a drop like this is easier than a 180 degree drop. It is in NL.

well in case you haven't figured it out I decided to wait a bit to do more on this coaster. It's better doing it and not having to feel rushed. I assume you'll all still be here by april so stay tuned around then for construction. I really didn't see this happening in a week as much as I just wanted it to get done. Also after looking at more angles of alpengeist I realized a big mistake I made in the drop. It's that the drop already executes the full turning in a very small vertical height. The rest is just cruising "straight" downwards on a bank. I guess I'll apply that next time. Sorry if I disappointed anyone.

That's actually where I got the name from. I play tons of Starcraft. Anyways here are the pics! I look forward to reading your comments since this took forever to do. I actually came up with a neat way of making it. I took one rail and one rail only of flexis and shaped the entire drop all the way down. As you can see each connector on the inside is supported onto the main columns which shows what I was doing. Then the rest just followed easily from that. I only had to add a couple other supports for banking and for sturdiness but it was definitely a lot easier than if I hadn't built the one rail. Enjoy!:tmbs

Wow! That looks absolutely spectacular! You never cease to amaze me, Ephy That drop is beautifully shaped! This is better than anything invert built before! The stairs, drop, station, cars, are all AWESOME!
