The entire process is finally complete. Here's the final video:
I ended up not getting a lipstick camera. Instead, I took the backs of two RR cars, taped them together, and rubber banded the camera to that. I then pushed the camera along the track, and it came out nicely. I'll have to make a tutorial for it.

Love it! Great music, and the POV is awesome. It sucks that you ran out of tube lights though, I think I might run into the same problem on Alpine. Still, wonderful job! I'd ride it!
