Fine, fine, but I seriously don't have much time to build due to high school. Just that part of the drop took a week to build.
And it's hard not to love having a custom motor. Hooray for torque!
I should finish the drop by Friday, though.

The drop was completed on Friday but we left for the beach before I could update. Okay, so this is five days overdue... but I finished about half of the overbanked turn! (But right of now, it'll suck until I finish the other side.)
So... the pictures!
The random crosstie is the height of the overbanked turn. Is it too low?
The overbanked turn is unsupported and fairly misshapen in certain places. I have a list of priorities, though...
1. Finish the other half of the turn
2. SUPPORT IT MORE!!!
3. Fix the bumps
4. Think of what I can fit after it
Right now, the overbank will exit over the drop at an angle. But I can't fit a full-sized hill after it, and if I made a buckel, it'd have to be larger than I'd like. So, should I go with the hill with a T-Express turning pullout, or the oversized buckel?
By the way, since I think it's pretty funny, here's a video of the extremely
shaky overbanked turn.
It sways way too much, but I won't put on batter braces until the other half is done.

i think it loooks really good. but over course u have to support the overbank more. but i was wondering where is the beach u went to?

So will this be your first hyper on the forms? Anyways, good luck on supporting the overbank better. What is that track tie doing half way up the drop?

I think the overbank could be at least a grey higher if you built it right (which I know you will). The motor speed is perfect, though!

It could easily be higher. But, should it? I thought overbanked turns were supposed to be generally small compared to the drop before it.

First off love the drop. Second I think that the overbank should be a grey taller like PS56 said even though they're supposed to be low, it just seems like it goes too fast, maybe a granet taller? And Third, I think you should do a hill with T Express turning pull-out. T'would flow much better.

It's beautiful. In my opinion, you should do the hill next. Other than that, any other layout plans?

^^^It will really depends on speed you have after, because it should make the next element at almost the same heigh as the overbank if you want to keep it low. I say do it and see after.

The votes have been tallied, and the overbanked turn is now a whole gray rod taller!
^The height of the new overbank is, yet again, represented by the random crosstie.
Don't worry about speed... Both trains make it, and it's barely supported.
