Hey guys, I've messed around with NL for a long time, and I figured I'd better start a coaster that I'll actually finish. So I started a Eurofighter. Not too sure on the layout yet, I'm just trying to get the element shaping down as of now. Pics..




As you can see, I'm going to save supporting for last.

Pick up everything after the top of the lift and drag it half a meter outwards, it's too pointy. The +90* section bends back a bit too far, on real Eurofighter it is pretty minimal too. Good luck, finish your track first and try making the elements by hand.

The drop is sa-wheet!

But the top could use some work, It's still a bit pointy, it should be a perfect half circle:

Yes, typhoon is a good example of an eurofighter. I can e-mail you the NoLimits design to learn, or the official video (I'm a fan of Typhoon)

I think the second version is much better, but the crest still needs work.

I agree, make a crest that's a half circle, then extend the lift till it's 3/4 into the half circle.
then go into the drop.


Oh, and BTW, want a build off of a Eurofighter?
Trust me, I'm not really that good at NL.

^Not too sure. Mainly because I may not be able to meet deadlines...I'm pretty bad at deadlines, lol. I will consider it though. :tmbs

Here's a pic of my crest (I did a bit of work on it) in comparison to Typhoon's.





I think they look pretty similar, but I need your input on it.

Well, since no one commented.....

Drop is complete. I believe the end needs to be less sharp though, it pulls 4.8 g's according to the simulator. I'll hear what you guys think first however. Uno pic..

Make the end of the drop way more to the right ,and then it will be good.

^Not really. I don't really plan my layouts.

Well, after going through tons of elements (most of which ended up looking horrible) I decided on this one. I was going for something original, but I'd like to know whether I should keep it or not...pics..







The most forceful part is -1.5 g's for a split second according to the simulator.....

Make sure it doesn't pull too many sideways G's, looking at this element, it will slam you into the side of the car BAD.

2 options, increase the size so it takes it a tad slower or bank it a bit more like an overbank.
