"The Gumpinator" to be released next month
Kaatsheuvel, The Netherlands - July 29, 2009 - Dutch Details, a new roller coaster company in the model roller coaster world, is proud to announce their first model roller coaster "The Gumpinator". The ride is designed and built by leading engineer Jogumpie, who has a rich history in the model roller coaster world.
Jogumpie: 'As a freelancer I designed many roller coasters, but personal reasons made me put a hold on my building career. After almost a year I decided to go back to roller coaster designing. Screamin' Serpent Coasters, or SSC in short, used to be my home when it came to publishing my creations. When I returned, the community had started roller coaster companies and therefore I decided to found my own company: Dutch Details.'
Unlike real-life roller coasters, model roller coasters usually don't have their layouts published when the ride is announced. This also applies to "The Gumpinator", of which no elements have been made public yet.
Jogumpie: 'At the moment, the lift hill has been built and the motors have been tested. I won't be able to tell you anything about upcoming elements, but we all know that we goes up, must come down.'
With three pictures of the current state of the roller coaster, Dutch Details hopes to draw your attention to the building process, which can be followed in the appropriate thread on SSC.
Jogumpie: 'One last thing. Remember that I try to take your commentary into account during the designing and building process.'
