After a long long hiatus, I began building a new coaster. I had built the lift and drop for it almost a year ago, and I finally finished a layout for it. I originally had a prototype cable lift system on this, but it was causing too many problems. I replaced it with a normal chain, but had it run like a cable. It uses Venom's old station building and has a drive tire which parks the tran in the station when the chain is off. It also includes a magnetic braking system to slow it down before the turnaround into the station. So now I present to you, AXELA.

where did you get those magnets it sounds like they may be fun to experiment with. And by the way this turned out great.

The magnets are from my old Six Flags Supervisor nametag. It was magnetic so I wouldnt have to poke holes in my nice shirts.

Awesome coaster! It's a bit short, but for what you built, it's great. There's a few bumps and some parts that could have been shaped better, but for not building in a very long time, you did a fantastic job.

Nice, I love the lift, it doesn't sag at all O_O
and the layout is pretty awesome, well, the First drop then the Stengel, that's amazing, then the rest is standard,
but nice coaster!

Nice job, I like the first drop and pullout. The station is also pretty neat, I like the wood floors and roof.

The brakes do work. However, it is slightly hard to notice thier effect as it regulates a constant speed rather than actually slowing it down. Because of the slope of the brake run, the magnets keep the train moving at the same speed as it does at the top of the slope, instead of accelerating. Hope that helps explain, Im working on getting a video whenever I find the time.
