I'd like to add that I did some work on the code of Phase, and I installed another feature, sadly I don't have the motors yet to test it out. But seeing as the code works, it would be much more easy to implement it on this coaster, for real this time.

Made with my brother's telephone, so yeah, the quality of the pictures is not that great. You may be able to see the radial grid hidden in the base. I have also tried to extend the backbone of the loop though the pullouts, I think it looks pretty cool.

Seeing as you combined both your backbone design and my multipurpose backbone design, it seems rather fitting, the transition isn't clearly noticeable. So good job on that.
I do hope you switch the final tubing for the loop to yellow, as that seems to be the most fitting compared to the looping support colour. I'd prefer the entire track to be yellow, but I doubt thats reasonable as you probably won't have enough tubing for that.

It's a masterpiece already and this could well turn out to be the most realistic coaster recreation made with k'nex. I think it's time to come to your house and see this beauty with my own eyes.

Gump, this is pure epicness. Just the loop/backbone is amazing, and the rest of the layout will only add to it. I cannot wait to see this thing is action...

We (since this is a bit of a group project) are building this coaster for the funfair expo at Oosterhout, Noord-Brabant, The Netherlands. So no, this is not the final location, mainly because it won't fit.

If you guys already like this, be sure to check out the update that I should be posting tomorrow. The first drop is at about 2/3rd right now and is as tall as the loop itself. I made sure to use triangles as tube supports, this way they are rock solid. On top of that (quite literally) I managed to make track connections that cannot be moved either. The banking is fixed in every spot and combined with track strengtheners along the whole first drop, it won't move a bit when the train passes over. The first drop is steeper than in the real ride, because I don't want the ride to be as wide as the real thing. I will also have to make it taller than the scale would say, so it may be looking a bit different than the real thing. I'll make sure, though, that it will look top-notch! And damn, this thing is going to be larger than I expected it to be...

Will send my own camera back to the repair guys soon again, so here are pictures made with a mobile phone.
Since the lift is not yet built, the crest is not in its final shape yet. I will work on that later. The tallest support hasn't been finished either. The point is that I know the train will clear the loop! And that most of the first drop is done and ready to be stored until needed again.

The top part of the drop seems like it goes steep then is flat for a second then continues bending. However in different pictures it didn't seem to do that.
But as it isn't finished yet, I'll guess you'll fix this.

I really thought it would be much smaller, and I really haven't got a clue on the size of the loop.

Wow! Quite amazing. It would look a ton better with regular middle tubing. I know you'll switch it later, but it just looks a bit sloppy with the yellow.

You should know, I'm a little ill now so I send my Technophobic mom to the store to get me some more wire and another microswitch. She just called me if she was ordering the right stuff, I ended up talking to the store keeper through the phone to order my parts xD
