8/10 It's a good picture, and IMO sigs almost always look better with a border. I never noticed that it's a gif until just now.
EDIT: Some of your "Top Ten" are illegible because of the color.
If I were to get a new sig, what should it be?

7/10 Simple, plain, and to the point. Although, a name tag somewhere would make it a bit more distinguishable. Such as ~stεεlspectrum~ under the track.
