^ actually, the pick of the knex version looks like it is angled to the right a bit, therefore creating the off straight section at the bottom. im not positive though.

Hey TBM, what are you uploading to because i can't see the pics..... i can only see his^ comparison pics.

The knex picture is a POV. The MF picture is sort of off to the left a little. I think it looks fine.

Dang, what is that 12 comment today?

It looks great so far, but i would say that the drop needs to be steeper. The real coaster is 85* steep down, yours is about 75, so a bit steeper won't hurt ;)

-=TK=-

Thanks the drop is actually 80* and my drop can easily be adjusted so it's proly just sliding out of place a problem I'll remedy soon enough.

Actually TK, it's 80 degrees. I think it's fine the way it is.

Thanks.

Whoa! Two great gigas built by awesome builders at the same time!? Could this get any better???

Great job so far. I can't wait to see this in action.

Thanks.
I got a test vid showing it's non shakablenes.

this will turn out nice, keep it up, also, i notice tape on the lift, Cable lift?

A yah something along those lines.

Wow that's amazing. I hope you don't quit on this like the other 2 that tried it...

thanks.
Me too, but it's unlikely.

Jeez, if you can pull this off with tube supports and without any boosters... I don't know, I'm all ready speechless and all you built is half of the overbank.

haha thanks.

I would take a look at the tags if I was you;)

Eah, why? oh cable lift? Or did i make some sort of typo?

It needs to curve more at the begining.

EDIT: V I know. But if I angle it, the top of the overbank, and support tower are not right.

You know what else it could be. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the angle of the pictures. I did my best to get that picture like the other but I guess I failed. I am working on that problem tho thanks.

I'm uploading to my facebook by request of CAC because he never comes on ssc anymore. Want me to upload to Instructables.com?

Damn...supports are deadly accurate.....

:D thanks.

Ok I'm gonna have an update in a few seconds here. And I think I'm gonna double post just for organizational purposes. If anyone's got Something to say have at it.

Wow. You've built more in a few days then I have in a few months, with tubes too! Looks amazing (As always). But the overbank does not look wide enough to me.

Your overbank must be on a diet because it's a lot skinnier. But like Pyro said, your supports are deadly accurate...that's awesome.

Oh, and I would've commented on Facebook but all my friends would think I'm a roller coaster nerd ;)

I do believe that it should be a little wider. But id it wern't a recreation, that would be an epic overbanked. no wories, just make it a little wider. And it only shakes a little, pretty darn good for a tube support like this. Just fix the overbanked and move on!

Great job, i think you could leave it or change it. In no limits, the overbank seems strange, but thats 4 u 2 decide, i sooooo hope you can do this, and where is the raptor vid? or did u give up on it?

The middle suport on the lift is suppose to have a widening support from it. Give it some burritos too.;)

Uahg , I only wish I could I feel like I'm just destroying it however I try to. It took me like a half an hour just to get it back to it's original state, and it's still bumpier than it was before.

IMHO ,it's not going to look bad at all with the final product, because the entire coaster will probably be sandwiched in my basements walls.

Unless there are any further objections, I'm going to just leave it.

I'll be bowling from 11:30 to 2:30ish so i wont be building too much today.

Amazing, just amazing. If you cancel this coaster without a good reason I'm going to do whatever it takes to get to your house and give you a swift kick in the nuts. You have to complete this masterpiece!

Will do max, Btw I ordered a new atmega for my arduino and I'll be using it to power the cable lift and lights ,Yes by lights, I mean the awesome rainbow effect that the real ride has under its supports.

Ok I'm going to go work on it now.
