How many CD sets do you have? And you should at least try to get another inversion in.

^^ That's exactly what i was thinking (curved HL).
^ I own 1 scorpion set plus one phoenix set, plus a few scorpion expansion packs, a large lot i got off ebay (with no bases but tons of spine and tubes + joints) as well as a bunch of stuff i got direct form CD. The only thing keeping me from expanding even bigger is my lack of Scorpion bases. I used all of them on this ride. I know i can still get Phoenix bases but they aren't fully compatible, and i like the scorpion ones better.
OK, update #6:
I managed to pull off an 8th inversion but as you will all see, it really is NOT a heartline roll, more of a curved barrel roll or (inline twist?) I kind of like it though because the speed going through it is perfect. Sometimes the train goes pretty slow but if it was ever real-life the train would have to go slow thru it or the riders would pass out. Do you guys like this ending?
If i was to change it, or try to get a heartline to work, i would have to make some major changes and take the train completely apart again to get all the hair and dust out. Let me know what you think....test run below!!

Pretty cool dude. The heartline roll would be awesome in real life. It would be like falling out of your seat! Nice job

Looks nice. The ending does look weird but it is because of there being no station (well station scenery, I can see you added a flat part before the lift). Don't you have the phoenix set?

I do have the phoenix but if i used the phoenix station, i would had to have used the phoenix lift spring and then (unless i cut the spring and used two like i have now) that would make the lift hill alot shorter. I just didn't want to cut the phoenix spring because i only have 1 of them, but i have 4 scorpion springs.
I will try to build a wooden or plastic station into the final ride. I still have to paint the white tubes red, add some scenery and i'll add a station too! Thanks guys.

I like it but I think to make it a bit better you could try raising the inverted part if the inline twist a bit higher to give the heartline feel?

Or take out the heartline as a whole, and make a brake run for realism

or let it twist in the other direction, that should look better i think

Sorry it's been a while since my last update. I have been very busy with other stuff and taking down my last knex coaster. I still have to paint this beast and do some theming work (idk when i'll have the time). But for now here is a vid showing the operation after about 10 hrs of usage. No cat hair problems. Not yet anyway.

What's ironic about this is that it actually sounds like someone zipping and unzipping a jacket! I love it!
