Track spine
It sags a little bit
Pull-in
The track and the support are both really strong, and I plan to fix the sagging by putting a metal rod through the hole of the half-moons.

You know the rod will sag under it's own weight too? I don't think you can fix it like that.
Really love the name

Thanks, and the chain will be added when I finish the track on the liftHaha Looks good atm just make sure the rod is the right size and wheres the chain?
Thanks, but I don't think that another support will be needed, because the chain and cars are so light.I would add another tube support in the middle of that for extra support, as it has to hold the chain and the train aswell.
I know, but it would at least get rid of some of the sagging, and thanks. You know the rod will sag under it's own weight too? I don't think you can fix it like that.

Yeah, I noticed that too, but I think it was just the angle that the picture was taken from.looks good, but the support looks a little uneven (picture 4)
Thanks, I still need to get pieces for the invert, and I won't start any more coasters until after this is finished. That's 3 coasters your working on...
Looks good! Hopefully you can finish this one before starting another one!
I'm going to spend the rest of the day taking apart my woodie, so I can replace the non-metallic pieces on the base with metallics. Then I can still work on Project: OMG while I'm building this.

I got the lift finished last night. It's pretty strong, but I still need to strengthen it a bit.
By the way, I found my old VV track this morning, so I'm using the old track now.
Edit: Now it's Intimidator 4.5.

Thanks.wow this look really nice
Thanks, and I'm either going to make either a hill or a 0-g roll.Looks really nice! I love it, and I can't wait to see this done! Please make the beginning the same as Intimidator 305, with the drop, high-speed turn, and the hill in VV! That would be amazing to see! Love the ride so far, and the backbone looks really nice with tubes. Great work.
Thanks, and I was planning on doing that.Love it so far, this looks very promising! The only thing I can suggest is that if you can't strengthen the backbone of the lift enough with just K'nex, I know they sell metal rods that are just about the size of a hole in a connector. Good luck!
Here ya go.Gears?
Thanks. I have about 200 of those connectors, and it's not a recre. That looks amazing. You must have a lot of those neon green connectors. I'd love seeing this coaster being done in vv.
I got the drop shaped, and I will support as soon as I get the shaping right.
Gears
The drop is about 85*.

I'm trying to make the supports look like Intimidator 305's supports, so I'm not going to add any to the lift. And I'll add a chain guide later. Why are the gears so low? It looks really bad... not the coaster, it's fine, but the gears should move up like 6 inches. You should also add two more tubes on the lift, on the crest, and the beginning part of the lift. Oh, and chain guide ftw...
Wow, thanks! And I got them when I visited the K'nex factory in December.Oh my Gawd! The colors look epic!

I hope this is better.Looking incredible! The drop's steepness is really dead on perfect, and the crest looks nice. But on a critical note the drop is a little to short, and the pullout should be extended more, ending closer to the ground.

What? An 8-car train?
I will strengthen the support to track connections on the pullout, and I will add another support after the last tube support, although it doesn't shake at all, even with an 8-car train.
