THE SIGS WON'T BE GRAINY ANYMORE, THE FILE TYPE IS CHANGED

hello! this is my logo/sig chat. here you can ask me for logo's and signatures for you or your coasters.
well, i dont know if this will really work out for me but i like making things on the computer and i wanted to just try it.
but i will do my very best!

I see you use gimp tut's aswell.

do you use tutorials too? lol. do you mean that it looks low detailed? or do you mean that it has a strange colour? i gave it that colour so it would look 1980 or something.

Yeah, from time to time.

I saying it is grainy because of the picture quality. It looks like you can see pixelated (it is not a real word I don't think) unless you are trying to get that look.

hey everybody! i trained alot the last days and i think i'm getting the hang of it.
and i also want to try make sigs and i'm getting sick of making just logo's.
Remember: if you dont like it just say it! i will do what i can to make it good for you.

I just wondering what file do you save it as?

.JPG, .PNG, .GIF???

The thing is, there are many other sig shops, like spitty, CCI, RK500 is a very good up and coming sig maker and your designs a fairly simple. At the moment it is just text effects with cut out pictures.

If you learn how to fade pictures between each other and give it more of a effect. Like that 'Intricate', the background looks like something you got of the internet. What you could have done is try make it yourself, experiment with gimp and see what you come up with. Then more people might ask for you.

Yeah... um, I may be good at simple ones, bit I suck at ones with more than one picture included on it (I can't get the transitions right).

Oh, and I always save mine as a .png. Now, they can be very tricky sometimes. If you don't do it correctly, it'll automatically save the file as a .jpg/.jpeg (that's why my avatar has a white background, while in GIMP it's transparent). The only successful way I know of right now is to save it that way in GIMP. (FILE CONVERTORS DO NOT WORK!) I also haven't cracked it with avatars (CCI is going to help me with that), but I have with sigs (my first successful sig was rsteele06711's) so, if you like, I would be happy to teach you.

Hey everybody. i know this thread didn't really have succes. but i'm back in business!
I think i have improved alot in doing this stuff and made some nice new creations. here are some of those.

well i hope you like these and ask me sometimes to make a sig. If you don't like em, no problem i will keep practising and get better. even then, i'm just doing it for fun.

I would like to place a sig order. I would like to have the Carolina Cyclone over the years and its 3 differant colour schemes over the years:
1989 - Red with Black Supports
1998 - Dark Blue with Black Supports
2010 - Light Blue, Orange, Yellow, And Dark Blue with Black Supports

I would also like my username to be at the bottom.
