That is the major problem with projects like these. You need full setups for tests like these, and sometimes you only have the opportunity to do that like once in a month. Yes, full tests are necessary to make sure everything works. No, it's not that easy to arrange these full tests.

wow this is awesome!add rails to shape in the smothest way!
can we have a video?

We don't give a test video for every meter that we've made of track... So you can expect one when we're done with the next element.

Looks smooth from what I can tell, but I'm worried about lateral forces causing the track to bow out on that turn. I think you may have to sacrifice a bit of realism to re-enforce that section of track with diagonal tubes to keep up speed. You may not, nobody will know until you test it, but it's just a concern.

-Ben

Me make sure that those diagonals are on tension. When we do that we can make sure that the trains have to lift the diagonals first (lift them from the ground). When they are able to do that, they're also gonna be able to bow the track. But we make sure that we have those diagonals in the ground. So it isn't really a problem.

^You have a point there.

For such a big scale, this looks really really smooth. I can't wait to see it making full-circuit :D

Thanks!

like cc10 said we need a full test vid to know becase the lateral forces will shake or kill alot your speed and you guys need to add the trims on the 1st hill.

We'll add the trims, but they won't work, they will only be there for show.

Thanks for saying that, it is all true. The wetter isn't getting better here, so it is quite hard to find a day in the weekends to do a full setup without the coaster getting wet from the rain.

More comments would be appreciated!!

So you're going to secure the base of the turn to the ground in another way so it doesn't bow outward? Then that's fine, I just didn't realize. Just making sure the proper considerations are made to give you the best chance of success!

I don't know how you're gonna find a place to put it..
In your garden, it must often be rainning..

Too bad for the rain, we'll build it finally up in the autumn break, and wait for some day with good weather.

Good luck on this! It looks epic!

Thanks!!!

----UPDATE----

Not much to talk about, just enjoy and comment. The speed in the video is not the real speed, it's just made with hand.

Looks amazing (what else is there to say?)!!!!!!!

As you said, fix the obvious bumps you can see in that last picture. How much of the coaster is done? 30%? Either way, I'm pretty excited to see this bad thing finished.

v I find that very hard to believe.... (no offense TK)

It do not see a single flaw. It's absoulutly beautiful.

And as for the weather: Just put some tarps over the backyard. :P

Thanks, we'll do that.

Thanks, but please don't get mad by the size, there are bumbs. But: the tarp idea is very good, if the weather is really bad we'll probably do that.

In the last video thers shaking on that turn. :(

We did it by hand, which has always more force, and when outside and completely set up, it will be attached to the ground.

gos job perfec tube and good speed

Thanks. Speed is by hand, we hope for some higher speed as in the video, if we want to finish this thing.

awesome job guys!put all together,(i can´t wait for this beast get´s finished!:)

We as well!!!

like the ride i am going to build one also.

I recommend not to do so. Our grey rods ran out yet, and our 2 slot ladders tub is getting more empty with the second. And this ride is very hard to bank, because of the turns with exact gradients and exact bankings. Please try other stuff before starting on this ride. And, you need a lot of rails. We yet used 20 meters or so, and were not even halfway the ride.

Please keep commenting!!!

Sorry for the double post, but as you guys probably were done commenting (don't be affraid dutchies, you can also comment), we have a new update for you. This is probably the last one for the coming 2 weeks, maybe there will be a small one if I have time to build after school. Next weekend we don't have time to build on. Well, here are the pics:

The crest looks way too sharp, especially in the first picture.

This has won my heart as favorite tube supported coaster. It's massive, smooth, and flawless. Good job!

I see bumps in the heartlining on the second picture (and several others), and the crest is too pointy. I think you may want to just lower the crest a little bit, I think that'd solve your problem.

As others have said, the crest is a little to sharp, and there are several bumps in the second and sixth pictures. Otherwise it looks absolutely incredible!
