If I'm correct they are planning to assemble it all outside because there is no way that it is fitting inside. The radius is really nice and the baking is perfect! I am really looking forward to seeing this completely setup!

Wow, this is big! Where do you plan on putting it?

you'll see that in this update ;)

yes it is really big, maybe a little too big, cant you change the radius of the turn a little?

We calculated it, and it is the exact 1:40 scale radius, so, no.

Correct, and thanks!

We hope it too ;)

Update 6!!

Well, today i went to Koen with the parts of the previous update. We did a full test setup! The whole coaster is really big so far, and it took a lot of space in the backyarden of Koen. But we are sure that it will fit once it is finished :D

We made some pictures & some video's:

Wow! Really impresses me how large you guys made this coaster and how great of a shaping job you guys are doing at such a large scale! Speed looks awesome but it is going to be tough to keep through the ride. Best of luck on this coaster to both of you!

I cannot believe how you can pull something off as smooth and perfect at this scale. Even the banking must be hard.

That's long ago! Well, this isn't the big update which you guys might have expected, but remember we're very busy with school and every weekend there's most of the times only 1 day we can come together, but while all of my k'nex was in a rented stuff stuff thingy like thing, we didn't really have the k'nex to build on. Enough talk. My new sorted k'nex:Posted Image

Yes, you see correct. New boxes, sorted out very well. They're quite empty, but there's still some k'nex in the rental place. Well, here the real update, it's quite a small part but it will be enlarged soon!

Please comment, remember rails will make it look even more smooth and enjoy the ride.

Looks smooth from what I can tell, but I'm worried about lateral forces causing the track to bow out on that turn. I think you may have to sacrifice a bit of realism to re-enforce that section of track with diagonal tubes to keep up speed. You may not, nobody will know until you test it, but it's just a concern.

^You have a point there.

For such a big scale, this looks really really smooth. I can't wait to see it making full-circuit :D

like cc10 said we need a full test vid to know becase the lateral forces will shake or kill alot your speed and you guys need to add the trims on the 1st hill.
