Everything looks perfect, but I'm wondering if you will have too much speed through the loop though.

Looks awesome. I'm kinda wondering why you didn't go for a batman-ish drop though...
That looks so awesome Helmut. When I looked at the drop's side view I thought it was way to lightly angled, but when looking at the drop on Mantis it looks fine to me, and I can't say anything negative about it.
Nice to hear you checked the angle and found out it is correct. Thanks!
Can we have a video please. BTW it looks cool and why is everbody rhyming.
I will provide you a test video when I built some more.
^He can give a video when there's more to show, and when he wants to.

Looks great! :)
Thanks!
The second crest looks a tad sharp. That's a damn nice loop though.
I noticed it too. However, I don't think it's needed to fix it.
Looks awesome! I think the shaping is spot on, perfect job!
Thank you!
That's looking really, really good!

-=Tk=-
Thanks Tom!
Does the loop look a bit small to anyone else?

Other than that, looking great! :D
Because this coaster is for an expo, I really want the train to fly through the loop. Still I don't think the loop is too small.
^ nk not really. Helmer+ Marrten = awesome coasters.
Ghehe, the magic formula. :P
Wow gonna have to follow this one, super smooth, great job!
Thanks FTGU!
AWESOME! Everything looks spot on!
Thanks!
Everything looks perfect, but I'm wondering if you will have too much speed through the loop though.
I still need to fix some things, I will explain that in this update.
Looks awesome. I'm kinda wondering why you didn't go for a batman-ish drop though...
I haven't seen such a Mantis drop for a while, I thought it would be nice to build one. ;)
Looks epic man! Keep up the good work!
Thanks!

Thanks for all the comments, I don't think I ever got that many before. :)

Well, I'm having some speed issues. The train doesn't make the dive loop. Actually, the train DIDN'T make the dive loop, because I broke it down.
I still got a picture of it:

Posted Image

The dive loop I will build now has a straighter pull-in, which will save more speed, like the one on Kraken:

Posted Image

Another reason of my losing too much speed is this:

Compare these connections...
Posted Image

...with these ones...
Posted Image

The ones on the last picture are much stronger than the ones on the first picture. I feel that might be a reason for losing speed.

So what I need to is:
-Make a new dive loop like the one on Kraken.
-Replace the track-to-base connections.

Looks awesome anyways, but I do think that the Kracken based dive loop will save much more speed than the one you have right now.

Yes. The one in the update is already broken down. Even when I would have fixed the track-to-base connections the train wouldn't make it. So I broke down the dive loop and now I'll make a Kraken based dive loop, which will save much speed.

It looks so much better and saves a bunch of speed so I'm happy to see that! lol, why must everyone build the same style coasters at the same time.

Somehow, when I firstly saw the High-speed turn I thought 'Leviathan'. That is B&M, so I assume it's shaped correctly :P. I like everything so far, but the pre-drop doesn't look good. It looks like it has not enough height difference. Try looking at Mantis to make it better. (Sorry, I know you have been working on that element way before, first time I noticed this)

It looks great though, I can't wait to see what you have planned next.

Maybe you should make this a stand up. I've never seen a knex standup.

I already planned on doing such a coaster like half a year ago, so don't blame me. ;)

I fixed it, it dips a lot more now:

Cork looks odd, I think you should make it a white to a granite less wide.

^ Agreed. Sorry to say, but I don't like the cork placement. It just feels like it is too soon in the layout, and too big. It's just my opinion though.

Your shaping is awesome further! I really like the look of it!

Great placement, Helmer! I do agree on making it a little less wide. Especially the apex is too stretched. Since you're going with the B&M look, I suggest to make it a little less wide and most of the twisting at the top. B&M corks have very subtle transitions into and out of the cork, with an intense twist when the train is almost at the peak.

This coaster is epic, but the cork does seem a little wide. Otherwise it looks good to me.
