Scrap the Norwegian loop. It kills speed like crazy, anyway. You got a super tall hill. So you should use that speed for a different element.

I don't see why the motor oil isn't working for you, because if used correctly, it should work fine. Try wiping the track off because there's always a way that it finds a way onto the track. I know from using it, because i've been using it for a while.

Aside from what everyone else said, the only other thing I would think to do would be to make the pullout larger, maybe by 1 gray rod. That might be a pain to do, but if it is smooth and you support it well, it could add a good amount of speed. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.

i had a similar problem with my vertical lift, test each of the cars spin the wheels and see if theres a bad car in the train, if not clean the axels and tighten the screws all the way, then losen the side tiny screws on the top of the car and give the axels a little bit of breathing room, it improved the speed of my cars tremundously. Don't scrap the loop, we need more of these on the sight and you spent so much time on it

I have no intention of scrapping the loop, if I were to make a vertical loop then it would be as cookie cutter as everything else is. I'm going for uniqueness on this thing.

I will try all of your suggestions (except yours RCF cause that would be a pain...but if it comes down to it I will haha) and see what kind of results I get.

Frags: Thank you, it was the splicing... caused massive vibrations which is where it was losing all of its speed.

Truthfully, the pull in to the NL shouldn't be so straight for so long. Other than that, it's turning out nice.
