I don't know if this is in the correct spot, sorry if it is, this is a challenge between me and SCM and we want to see who can build SheiKra the best. No body else may join (sorry), we are looking for 3 judges, it can be anyone.

The first 3 commenters saying I want to judge, (or something along the lines of that) will be the judges. Our two coasters will have Construction threads and the 3 judges may comment (or anyone else that wants to) there. At the end there will be scoring. Here is the way the points will be divided.

20 for Holding Brake
50 for overall design, resembling the real layout.
10 for station design
10 for Catwalks and other accessories
10 Brake Run and water-splash.

Judges will do the judging on the last update of the Construction Thread

^why are you so concerned about the dive cars. Shouldn't you be more focused on the coaster it's self?

I think the dive cars are a bad idea (no offense RideOnKl) because they would kill a lot of speed, and would just look awkward. They look amazing in real life, but not in K'nex. Also, remember how Sheikra is a floorless dive coaster. (from what I've heard)

cg987, since this is a contest, and no offense or anything, don't try to help me with the coaster in my thread, it would just seem weird. You can look at it, but just don't post anything helpful in ANY way. It's like helping the other team win the game. (don't know what else to compare it to)

Lucky! I wish I could ride it. I've never been to that park. I also really want to ride Cheetah Hunt, haha. I've got it even worse than cg987. I live like 8 hours way, maybe more. So that's 8 hours of sitting bored in the car.

Question: Do we have to call the judges "your honor"?

I live in North Carolina, and South Carolina must have a very compact road system, it takes forever to get out of that state.It's like 1/3 of the entire trip. In Georgia, we're out of that state in about an hour.

I live about 35 minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa! Chettah Hunt is good, but I believe Maverick is much better and faster. It actually has good inversions too. Anyone know what year Sheikra was built, and how tall it is off the top of their head without looking it up. I know the year all the roller coasters where built at BGT! I'm probably the closest SSC member and judge that lives to Sheikra!

I don't know what year it was made in, but I DO know what the height is: 200ft

Good job so far, but does anyone now what year Sheikra was built, off the top of there head without looking it up? How many trains does the real ride run too, and how many people sit in each row with three on a train?

2005 and 5 trains. 3 rows of 8 per train. Covered its construction like white on rice.

I cannot believe you don't know that! Lol. The best part is I have 6 SS (with cars) so I can do the train amount. Don't they run 3 on a regular basis? The most I've ever seen is 4.
