Unfortunately that is a natural transition. It happens with coasterdynamix too. It's extremely hard to build something like that, but I think if you make it 45 degrees when the turn is 45 degrees around the helix, it will look much better.

^so you're saying to keep the same footprint but make the roll hit 45 where it currently is at 100? I can do that.

No, make it 45 degrees when it's 45 degrees through the turn, basically when it starts to turn.

ok that was realy confuesing but you dont have enough speed to do a loop realy (unless it's tiny)a small corkscrew is probably the best inversion you'll get.

here is the rebuilt roll coming out at 45* as y'all want. I have something in mind for what's next, but I'm open for suggestions.

sweet. You can have a speed trap (one straight line) into a overbanked turn onto a brake hill, then drop into the station

To be honest...I like it. The banking looks unusual towards the middle but I think it looks fine. Good job.

It looks...flat. The top seems like someone sat on it, IMO. Maybe its the angle...? Raise it a bit maybe.
