You earn them. The only freebe is Donator, you have to donate $10. The rest are self explanitory.

Winter- Win a winter contest
ATM- Win Alternative Top Model
Veteran- IDK the requirements, but it's for the oldies.
Blitz- Soon to come, Win the holiday Blitz contest
Donator- Donate atleast $10 to the site

Oh yea,
There is also a builder tag which you get for being a awesome builder or wining a contest
And there is a inventor tag. I only know of 2 inventors.
