Switching companies seems like an easy thing to do, but keeping track of members is hard with all this switching. Therefore I decided to split the process of switching companies into two actions: leaving the company you are in and joining the company you want to be in.

Leaving the company can be done on your own. If you simply decide you want to leave your company, post in the "I wish to quit!" sub forum.

After leaving your company you will have a compulsory month of inactivity. This means that you are NOT allowed to join another company until a month has passed. It is also not allowed to make a joining request in advance. If I catch you posting a request to join a company before the month has passed, you will receive an infraction.

A month seems a little long, but okay...

This is to discourage the excessive company switching that is going on.
