Stig's B&M Track Spine
For B&M Inverted spine, look at pictures upside-down.
The connectors must be on this side of the track. This is important!
Add supports.
Warning! If you put all 4 spacers in the same spot as shown above, then your track will sag as shown above. Please stagger your spacers.

Although I highly doubt VV woodies are a good idea!
I like the B&M track spine but ity'll use a LOT of yellow connectors. I'll have to try them out sometime!

Hillman Powdered Graphite.
You can pick up a tube of the stuff for $3 at WalMart next to where they make keys.
Just be sure to lube your cars outside or over a sink or something because the graphite will go everywhere.
