I have to say that Corkscrew's automations was incredible, but Poltergeist has always been one of my favorites :).

Poltergeist has always been a very great coaster with a strong layout.

Corckscrew is nothing bizar, but the way the ride has been built is just amazing!

Amazing trackwork and a sweet layout always outweighs automation for me...

Poltergeist is too awesome to not win this round. TH is one of my favorite builders and this is my favorite coaster of his.

Wow, toughest one so far... Incredible automation vs. incredible shaping and layout. For me, automation is tougher to come up with and successfully build, especially out of purely K'nex, so Corkscrew gets my vote.

Poltergeist had one of the best lay-outs ever, but Corkscrew had the best automation ever. That makes the little difference ;)

Corkscrew gives me a sort of modes "shock" as to Poltergiest, although TH's coaster was awesome with the layout, but I didn't like the space between the x-ties and the shaping of some of the elements. Corkscrew's track work and automation was sick, which I think backed up that modern "shock" I get seeing it.

but I didn't like the space between the x-ties

Can you elaborate on that? There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with this. To me it sounds like you are mixing up Poltergeist and Deluge.
