I figured out what I have to do, I was just wondering, is there an easier way to raise all the terrain around the coaster than 5x5 at a time?

Open the Nolimits Terraformer 1.6. Open your track file. Then, go to Tools>Adjust Height. Enter the setting you would like the height of the land to be at. Then go to to Tools>Cut Track Path for the easiest way of what I think you are trying to do.
