I think we should change the thread's name to something more general to all woodies, eh? So much for talking about Boulder Dash.

^That ride is fun! Especially in the back seat. You get whipped over and through all the hills and turns!

Oh shit... PKI is right. I forgot about SOB.

Lightning Racers is a fun ride. I will admit that. But besides the twistiness the airtime is suckish.

Actually Son of Beast wasn't bad if you disregard the two rose bowls that beat the living shit out of you. That second hill is freaking awesome and the rest of the ride is smooth.

^^It's litterally a combination of El Toro and Balder, so it better be one of the best woodies in the world. And from what I've heard, it doesn't disappoint.

I don't think anybody has been on it from here, so we can only speculate. It looks damn awesome. Who here has seen Robb Alvey's video of it on Youtube?

A whole bunch of my friends went there this summer, they invited me but I was in Ohio(not riding rollercoasters) They said it was really good, possibly better than El Toro. "Possibly" because the airtime isn't as good, but there's more.

I've seen it on TPR...

T Express looks awesome; why can't more parks in the U.S. and Europe buy more prefabs? They're less than 15$ million apiece, better than Beemers, and ridiculously smooth.

SFMM should've made Terminator a prefab because the Terminator is made of metal :P

That and Blue Streak are probably the only wooden coasters you've been on. I was in that position before...

Many other wooden companies build them for cheaper. The Voyage cost 6.5 million and the Ozark Wildcat cost 4 million. Why spend triple the price?

Plug and plays really don't have anymore steel than others. The reason they're called prefab is because the rails are bent and assembled back in Switzerland, the reason why they're so smooth.

I'd rather a 12$ mil prefab than a 20$ mil Beemer, though. Remember, B&Ms are still in the market! :P

But I meant that prefabs feel more like steel than a GCI, thus better fitting the Terminator theme. Which already doesn't make sense.

Colossos was smooth, but the 'train effect' is horrible. (You feel a huge bump at every track connection.)

I haven't ridden many woodies, but the Cyclone at Six Flags New England was decent, as was Mister Twister II at Elitch Gardens. What do you guys think?
