Update:

Once they actually make some progress on the coaster, I can fix it to make it more realistic.

My fingers are killing me right now from taking apart like 400 tube supports, lol...

you better space it out better so you can make it big, put it close to the fooseball table or move it, your going to need lots of space, the coaster looks wicked

You might want to try starting the tubing higher up the lift so you don't have to put a splice right after the crest. Not much else to comment on, but looks good.

^ Okay, thanks for the advice.

I've decided to take some of your guys' advice and not recreate Terminator for a couple reasons:
1. It would stretch my number of green/red rods.
2. It hasn't even been built yet.
3. I have a better idea.
4. Recreations are harder than custom coasters.

So Im deciding to do a custom woodie with a lot of times where it goes through its own supports, and another special feature at the end :D
Let's just say I hope it doesnt get too cold, for the riders' sake...

And could a mod please rename this thread [SS Woodie] Mammoth please?

The drop:

^I'm pretty sure the track at the end isn't supported yet.

Not much to comment on again, but looks good. Good idea not doing the recreation though, those small GCI turns wouldn't have worked well.

^^^^ OMG! I made a water splash like last week, and that was my secret element! Wow...And all the roads here are blocked off because of the snow--I went to a restaurant like 20 minutes away, and it took us 1:20 to get home. It's 36* and getting colder!!! Woot.

On topic:
Wait a sec. Ill have pictures soon...and comments...

Just a few bumps that need to be fixed, and the drop will be fine. After the gears there are two, then one right at the steepest point.

As for the turn, it's going to be hard to make it look like T Express's, since it's banked a lot and turns about 270 degrees. Make just make yours a little more rounded (2nd Pictures), and bank it a little more and it will look good.

^If you're willing to spend thirty dollars and you have a basic knowledge of wiring and circuitry, then have fun with it.

Just wondering, won't the water splash get everything around it wet when the trains come out of the water? But good luck on the rest of it.

You should think about hooking that thing up to a PICAXE 08 with a motor driver circuit. Then program a block system to use light sensors to tell it when to speed up and slow down. Just for kicks.

Currently compiling a massive list
