Living through the great Gump hiatus...

This weekend, I walked through my parents' backyard and when I sat down to drink a refreshment, I noticed a piece of K'NEX goodness made its way into said backyard. It consisted of lots of purple and blue 3D connectors, as well as blue rods. All in all, it was quite an interesting view and I decided to take a picture of the contraption.

The other side doesn't appear to have the blue rod base at all yet. Perhaps he will add it later. My first thought was a Joris en de Draak (Spelling???) recreation. And I can see the lift angle in the top right. Although, I'm not so sure if the lifts are parallel or not...

It is indeed an interesting turn of events. Is that some kind of track layer with green x-ties in the top right corner? I'm thinking custom angle lift if it is.

That doesn't seem far fetched at all.
Another theory:
6 is the number of the devil (a.k.a Gump), and since Joris en de Draak is a dueller it has 2 tracks, so 6 / 2 = 3.
The evidence is clear; this is a recreation of Joris en de Draak.
You didn't think we'd figure it out that fast, did ya Gump?
