[Cobra Roller]

Here's a little teaser for this mini coaster I'm building. Treat this as the "appetizer" for the real coaster I'm going to unveil later this spring!

Update! This will be a quick build, so don't blink. The lift hill is complete, and as you may have noticed, this coaster will be small. But what kind of coaster is it?

Nice one! Is it a wing coaster or maybe even a B&M looper? I like it!

That's a nice sturdy lift. Whatever this is it will have a flat crest if that last last track connection is permanent. I'm surprised that the motor works like that, because it doesn't seem like there is that much pressure from the chain on the black gear. Anyway, I will be waiting to see where this thing goes!

Like everyone has said you always make your coasters the best they can be , and I`m sure this is going to be one of them.

So, I guess the layout pretty much gives away the coaster. I added a base, as well as the drop. I'm thinking the next element should be a dive loop. The speed looks good, so far...

Ooh, a VV wingrider!
Looks pretty accurate, but I think it should be more round, and the pullout should be a little lower:


Everything else is good, I like how small it is.

The proportions of the loop are a bit awkward, which has been pointed out, but it looks great otherwise.

Im thinking that the track should start to go down when the banking at the top is about 45 degrees. It shouldn't be entirely upsidedown.

Thanks! You'll see in the update, but I tried to fix the pullout and pullin. The "rounding out" part was quite difficult, and I don't think I've got it yet. But hey, at least the speed loss isn't too bad

Yeah, that's also what happened to my first attempt at a wing rider.

Update time! I rounded out the drop a bit, and I fixed the degree of the pullout. I also extended the base by 1 red micro rod to give myself some more room. I realized that the track looks thinned out because there are no catwalks on it. Yet. Also, I snuck in a pic of the car; since it is a mini wing rider, it deserves mini cars!

Last time I saw someone attempt a vv wingrider, it failed terribly(as in speed). I wish you luck though. I think it looks great so far though.
