wow I just love the smoothness and the shaping!

Thanks :)

Update time again.
I strengthened the backbone of the drop, plus I made it a little bit wider.
Also, I added more supports and did a testdrop with the train. It doesn't shake much, but I feel I can still reduce some.

That is a really nice drop. If I was making it, I would have made it go down straight longer and the turn would be most of the pull out. I still like this the same though, it's very cool. Can't wait to see whats next.

It sounds like a good idea, but I like this more. And I think it keeps speed better.

If you say it... :D

Just as it's builder ;)

So... Update time!

I worked a lot on this looping: built it, rebuilt it, took it down, and all over again.
But in the end, I got something that looks pretty good.
Can you guys comment on the shaping? Maybe with a compare picture (like the looping on batman the ride)?

some pictures:

If the shaping is right, I can add a spine. So please comment :)

Looks fantastic, and the shape is perfect. With the spine and supports added, this thing will look sick! :)

Looks great. The spine will add a touch of realism to the BM track, maybe, just my opinion. I would recommend a zero g roll but that would be too close to batman, unless that is what you want.

EDIT: now that I see it, it is kinda lopsided to the right.

It's looking great! Does it go through the loop with a lot of speed? I also would like to know, do you oil your VV axles with Mobil 1 5W-30? If not try following this instructional! :)
knex micro coaster car lubrication instructions - YouTube Not the best tutorial, but it works! If you do oil you will need to upkeep the axles by cleaning the axles off every 2 weeks, then re-oil them.
Also I canceled Blue Fire and started Indigo Fire. Then Indigo Fire got destroyed by trying to relocate the coaster up a flight of stairs. So I might not make a VV coaster.
I am very glad to see you building again! ;)

Ha, I went on Batman today! (it was nothing compared to Flight Deck at CGA). That shape does seem to be the same width as the loops on Batman, so just add the spine and supports then it should be fine.

Thanks! I hope I didn't ruined it with the spine.

Thanks for pointing that out. This is so far a mirror of batman :P

I don't lube/oil my track/cars, it makes it so I'm happy :P

Thanks! One day, I'll go to America myself to ride some coasters :)

Looking fantastic! With a spine, it is very hard to shape micro, and I know this from experience. If you want to try and find something that you could try to redo, here is where I notice uneven spots. Posted Image
However I think It looks great and the changes don't need to be made. Can't wait for more of this coaster!
Don't oil your VV cars, I did more research and it is a bad idea. The wheels and axles are made of different materials then SS cars.Sorry for the other suggestion.

The only two problems I can see with the loop is that it is a bit lopsided, and pointy.
I would keep playing with the shape of it, until you get something like this:

Also, how fast does the train run through the loop?

I agree keep fixing the shape of the loop and it should look good. What I`m saying is work on the top of the loop and the pullout/pull in and it should be perfect, everything else is beautiful and I would try to create something like Batman the ride with a bit of a twist.
