I am not sure if this news is good or bad but I'm leaving micro knex (vv) and might be selling my pieces. For now on I will be building with ss, starting with a new coaster I have been building right now. It may not take a long time to figure out but guess what this is going to be a recreation of.

Right now this is 6 feet tall, and will have to go outside when it's finished.

Oh cool, a dueler. If i'm correct, knowing it's a wooden coaster would limit it down to about 5-6 coasters it could be, I think. When we see the next thing, we should be able to tell which one it is.

It actually seems like an Arrow design to me. Like Magnum at CP...

But that isn't dueling, so perhaps Gemini?

Why did you quit building with VV? You were building pretty awesome coasters with it. On another note, this coaster looks very nice so far!

Cool! A dueling woodie! But I agree with Helmer, you were building a very good looking micro coaster.

I think that it is a dueler, like TM24 said, but I don't know many dueling woodies. It looks very nice! Keep it up! It seems like your experienced with SS. :)

I'd hold on to them. A few years ago, when I got my first VV set, I said "Well, I guess I won't be needing these anymore." And gave my standard pieces away. I still wish I hadn't.
You could use the micro pieces for stations and catwalks and stuff, and you could use the track for a drop tower or something.

Anyway, Colossus at SFMM?

Wow, that's tall! It's looking good so far, I'm assuming you will add diagonals everywhere.

I always build with SS but I keep telling myself that I won't sell my VV pieces (I have around 3 to 5 sets, who would've tought that!) and I will build a small permanent model sometime.

Shaping looks good, just make sure to reinforce the hell out of it.

Also, is it American Eagle?

I agree with DDR shaping is good but needs to be perfect for that height and speed nice job and I would not give your vv away but I build with vv so if you are going to sell them I could take them off your hands and I would buy them and give you a price

I'm making Gemini
CG got it right, good guesses everyone else. I already decided I do want to sell my vv pieces because I don't want to build another coaster with them or use them on an ss coaster. Although I was building good coasters with vv, I like ss a lot better. Thanks for commenting, time for the next update.

Wow, this is going to be huge. Even if you aren't able to make this a recre, finish it. Looks good so far, although it's easier to tell with tubing.

Wow this is going to be massive. One of these days we will get to a life size knex coaster. :P

It looks smooth so far, so nice job. Seems like it is going to be fun to get outside and set up properly. :)

You should make more triangles in your supports it will save lots of speed

It looks really big, but you should add more track-to-base connections and diagonals to the structure. Although everything looks impressive, it also looks a bit weak. Should be an easy fix for you, good luck! :)
